'Living a Nightmare': Families of Missing Young People Desperately Seek Information After Ski Resort Fire

The loved ones of teens unaccounted for after a tragic inferno at a bar in a Switzerland's alpine town are facing an painful wait for answers and appealing for information about their loved ones online.

The inferno ripped through the Le Constellation bar in Cans-Montana, located in the Alps of south-west Switzerland, in the early hours of New Year's Day. Confirmed images depict the ceiling igniting as beverages with sparklers are held aloft.

Emergency services have indicated that it could take considerable time to identify the those who perished of the disaster, which resulted in the death of numerous partygoers and hurt another 119. Authorities noted on the latest update that 113 of the injured have been identified, with efforts ongoing to identify the final individuals.
